Nurse Care by Lou

Expert Lymphoedema and lymphatic care, led by a qualified nurse.
Before I trained as a nurse, I was already learning what it meant to live with lymphoedema. Those early experiences taught me how much kindness, compassion, empathy and clinical understanding matter when you're managing a long term condition and they continue to guide my work today.
My experience has shaped my practice. I left nursing in hospitals after seven years of service and having met my goals of becoming a teacher, to focus on lymphatic health and manual lymphatic drainage. Helping people find relief, confidence and control in their own bodies. Every assessment, treatment and advice I offer is rooted in both clinical knowledge and lived experience.
I combine medical expertise with empathy and practical solutions that work in real life because I know how important it is to feel seen, understood and cared for beyond diagnosis.
Whether you're managing lymphoedema, lipedema or simply want to support your lymphatic system, my goal is to help you live comfortably and confidently.
